Our Story

The journey continued:

• 1990 witnessed their contribution to the “Ryuna Fund” and the opening of “Tosa Cuisine Tsukasa Umeda Chayacho”.
• 1992 marked a pivotal moment—the company changed its name to “Kazuoh Corporation”.
• 1995 brought the “Tosa Cuisine Tsukasa Food Distribution Center” into existence.
• 2004 saw the renewal of “Tosa Neboke Shinjuku” and the birth of “Tosa Cuisine Neboke Marunouchi”.
• 2011—a year of recognition—brought the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Award in the Food Development Division.
• 2015 witnessed the renewal of “Tosa Cuisine Neboke Akasaka”.
• 2016 added another chapter with the opening of “Tosa Cuisine Neboke Nihombashi”.
• And finally, in 2017, they celebrated their 100th anniversary, formulating a “New Corporate Message”.

In recent years:

• 2018 marked the renewal of the restaurant “Gohandokoro Tsukasa”, now serving delightful set meals.
• The company underwent a name change, becoming “Tosa Cuisine Tsukasa Ltd”.
• “Sake and Sakana SUIGEI” also received a fresh start in 2018.
• 2019 introduced “Tsukasa Shokudou”, offering delivery and take-out of traditional Japanese cuisine.

Today, Tosa Cuisine Tsukasa continues to honor its heritage, serving wild-caught fish sashimi, comforting bowls of udon, and other Japanese delights. In their spacious dining arearea, waiters don kimono, and the architectural design whispers tales of tradition.
